THE LANDINGS
This community is made up entirely of waterfront homes and is dissected by Bayview Drive just north of Commercial Blvd. There is a fixed bridge for a portion of the neighborhood that is 12 feet in height. This provides the opportunity to purchase a waterfront property at a more affordable price. The Landings community also has its own boat club. It is a 5 minute drive to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and its beautiful beaches.
